While most experiences at Taste of India are positive, some diners mention that seating can get crowded during peak times. The bustling atmosphere can detract from the peaceful vibe, especially late Fridays or busy weekends. OK, let me start by saying I just finished my shift over the road on my way up to Sacramento and I was gonna get something light. Then I saw the small little place by the gas station called the taste of India. I decided to go in because I was feeling a little bit For the HAKKA NOODLES CHICKEN no, let me tell you this I was impressed. The noodles was delicious. I definitely recommend for anybody that’s coming by to stop by here and get some authentic food. It was amazing. I was content and I have no complaints about it once again. I do recommended customer service was great. I believe I meet t the Chef. He was right there behind the young lady And I could tell you the Young man knows how to cook. I gave the taste of India five stars definitely stop by and you can also find them on yelp and also by the way the price is reasonable. I will be posting up my receipt as soon as I’m done with this review. Keep up the good work guys I will be returning and thank you for your service and the food

My favorite Indian restaurant. And it’s not close, I make sure I eat here anytime I’m in the area, or even driving by. I also have family bring me some if they’re driving through. The chef does not miss. Every single item I have had it, it has been phenomenal!

We quickly stopped for lunch at this place, and the food was amazing. This restaurant is alongside a gas station, and this was the only good Indian restaurant that we could find. The owner is amazing and made sure that the dishes were served on time. The prices are also pretty normal. Would definitely recommend this place

Love this place, food always has good flavor. The quality and quantity is worth it here. Took food home this time but eating in at the restaurant is a good time as well.

The food is always delicious and best of all, consistent. We've been coming here for the past two years and have always enjoyed our meal and time. It's in the top 3 of our favorite places to eat in Madera and we feel lucky to have found it... We rate this place better than any Indian restaurant we've tried in the entire San Francisco Bay Area! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our favorite dishes are the butter chicken, garlic naan, kadai paneer and baigan barta.

Stopped here on a whim and 0 regrets! If you’re here for the food, then you’re in the right place. Butter Chicken was awesome and they made it mild for my kids. Mango Lassi was spot on and arrived at our table minutes after ordering. What they lack in vibe (it’s attached to a gas station) they make up for in service and attentiveness. Prices were reasonable. We’ll be back next time we’re on the 99.

Delicious butter chicken and fluffy garlic naan! Great flavors, reasonable prices, and friendly service — the ladies checked on us a couple of times which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
